They remind me a bit of the antigua line, except I would choose the antigua line over this line.

I like how each size has a different color oversized square logo thing though.

I purchased the Antigua just recently and it looks whole lot better than the new "Tea Bag" Louis Vuitton just launched. The inside is lined like so ( not of that monogram nonsense)

sorry, but i find the bags in the ANTIGUA line to be especially nauseating. $900 for a canvas tote with metal studs?! no thank you louie.

^ I find the price offensive, but not the bag itself. Compared to the rest of Louis Vuitton for spring, this bag is downright tasteful. It can't hold a candle to the shoes you just posted in the ugliest shoes thread, for example

Louis Vuitton produce bags to make money, and the fact is, the highest percentage of LV's consumers buy for everyone to know their bag is Louis Vuitton, whether it be nice or not, they just want to show that they are toting an LV.

eeek! i've seen those, and thought they'd be cute to just lug stuff around in.......but at that price?!! no way! this totally proves my point of LV making things totally impractical for consumers, i, like brian, wouldn't wanna spend that much to be a walking billboard...i could think of much better things to buy with tha $1500+. but i guess it's right, they are targeting the ones who want everyone to know that they're carrying a LV...but i still can't understand who would spend that much on a canvas TOTE BAG, regardless.

i quite like the new Globe totes and i had my eye on the blue one. the print is indeed an old LV advert from the 40's i think. but i can't seem to justify the AU$2400+ price tag for a little bit more, i might as well get a Taiga Kasbek.

i'm kind of upset that they remade the mj sophia into the monogram canvas bag. keep the lines separate, marc!

and i agree about the disappointing spring line. and the price for the globe shopper is obscene.
