Louis Vuitton Menswear S/S 2022 Paris

Some of the stuff he has done before, like the Walter copycats, the fake fur furry stuff ( a similar actual product, ie a bag from FW2020 just feel so so bad in quality).

He has been doing awful stuff like these for so long already and it seems nothing is stopping him. I recently visited a LV boutique`s men department and it was really just awful. Merchandises are aplenty all shouting at you to buy them, style ( save for the classic pieces not designed by Virgil Abloh) is gross, worksmanship is bad, like really bad. Everything just reek of bad tastes I can hardly believe it is a top class brand.

how this man still keeps his job is beyond me, and it is also beyond me he hasnt honed his skills over the seasons he was there and play catch yet happily churning out mess like this.

It's kinda weird, the collection is still underwhelming but I'm kinda getting emotional when the atelier walked out and his final speech.

The executions and the colors are still questionable. But there are a few good pieces added to this presentation.

In a way, this collection summed up his tenure for LV, his works always feel underwhelming compared with his ambition for the house.

I think it will be difficult for the next designer to have the same impact as Virgil. This collection and his tenure at LV will have a cult following and are even more sought after.

When his team/atelier walked out at the end, it broke my heart to see their faces.
