Louis Vuitton S/S 2014 Paris

It was a lovely last collection, it felt like its time for him to leave LV, imo. He did some wonderful collections at the house.

it feels so unreal this is his final collection! I just can't imagine LV without him, I really can't......:(

Maybe it's all black because this is his goodbye or something, but way too dark for spring. He's had some lovely spring collections in the past.

I'm looking forward to something new. He had a great run, but LV needs a jumpstart, imo.

Yeah, I'm really having a hard time getting behind this collection. There is just far too much fixation on the crotch to the point that a lot of the embellishments look like elaborate pubic hair. As separates, there are tons of great pieces but I hated the way it was styled.

His last collection would've been better without those hideous jeans  Marc will surely be missed at Louis Vuitton :flower:

The set and headdresses were amazing, but majority of clothes were truly ugly in my opinion - I almost gagged when I saw the lace embroidered denim looks. A lot of the looks reminded me of really bad Chanel, Junya Watanbe, and Comme des Garçon.
There were some salvageable pieces, but overall it was as if Morticia Addams decided to do a vegas show.

Thank God he's finally leaving, not that I care what goes on at LV (no matter how hard they tried, I only think accessories when I think LV). Maybe that'll change now.

I adore heavy embellishment so everything was stunning to me. My favourite look was actually the sheer embellished gown over the mom style jeans, something about it just worked so well and it was magic.

I would have loved to see the carousel girls walk especially Poly because her presence is something that i've missed. The setting was iconic but to me it was a bit TOO over the top, I didn't understand where each girl was going and coming from but featuring show settings from previous seasons was such a clever idea.

Good bye Marc!

it's definitely his last collection, an ultimate mashup of what he's done recently in one show is too uncanny even for him.

A Flamboyant Parisian Gothic Finale! ^_^
That set was fabulously decadent.
I really liked the 2 dresses in looks 11 and 12.

What an epic show to close his legacy with this house. I couldn't help but sad to see him leaving, what he'd done for the house is enormous. Nothing else to say but take a bow.

such a somber, dramatic, lush presentation. i will be sad to see Marc leave LV, but he can leave with his head held high; he has given us 16 years of incredible fashion moments and has completely revitalized an old brand.

i wish that, for his final show, he would've used all of the models whom he's thought of as muses throughout his career at LV. it would've been even more epic of a show.

This is like the last revenge of Jacobs. Unwearable and undesiderable clothes for LVMH to try to sell!

The show was beautiful (I can only echo the sentiments about the gorgeous set and I love the feathery Dracula overtones), but I'm not going to lie...there were some truly heinous pieces in this collection. It was a wonderful way for him to say goodbye, I just wish I actually liked more of the clothes.

I will definitely miss him at Louis Vuitton. He's created some many timeless, beautiful collections for the brand. I see some nice skirts and jackets that would look great individually, but as a whole the collection its too much dramatic I feel. I'm excited to get a better look at the accessories.

Eh, never was that much of a fan of Marc at Vuitton so i'm not quite moved by this. The collection is nice even though it's only one pallet and the denim is ugly.
