Zwei Jury-Mitglieder sichten die Lookbooks: Moderedakteurin Lena Elster (GALA) und Model Luca Gajdus

Nachdem die Premiere des Karstadt New Generation Award im Juli 2007 sowie die Folgeveranstaltung im Januar 2008 ein voller Erfolg waren, wird das Unternehmen bei der
kommenden Mercedes-Benz Fashionweek in Berlin zum dritten Mal den begehrten Award verleihen. Am 18. Juli präsentieren vier ausgewählte Nachwuchsdesigner ihre Kollektionen dem internationalen Publikum.

Das Beratungsgremium besteht aus Vertretern der Kultur-, Medien- und Modeszene. Professor Stephan Schneider, Moderedakteurin Lena Elster und Model Luca Gadjus sind nur drei der Jury-Mitglieder, die anhand von eingereichten Mappen und Livepräsenationen die vier Favoriten auswählten.

Luca just looks perfect these days, so fresh and ready for a comeback or even more because it's not like she had the biggest career ever.

^Yes she really is I think she's even shorter than Sasha but that's fine because she looks taller than she is because of her proportions.

^I think she's listed as 5'8'' but she looks a good inch shorter than that.
