Personally I think that while the outfit is indeed a VERY risk choice, and many people WOULD make it look like a disaster, Lucy seems to pull it off relatively well. Maybe it's just her confidence? For me, she appears dramatic yes, but quite unique and quirky with a bit of sexiness.
