Lui July/August 2016 : Laetitia Hallyday by David Bellemere

I don't know if french people are ready to see Laetitia in such a way.
She still have that innocent image so...

Good cover!

that tattoo (feather, side of the rib cage) always annoys me.. it's like the 00s equivalent of the 90s upper arm chain tattoo..

quite uneventful, especially for david..

I was thinking exactly the same thing.

The cover does not work for me, there's a Bo Derek thing going on that totally puts me off. We do not need to revisit that also.

She really looks like Carmen Kass from that angle

What I like about this editorial is the fact that there is nothing vulgar or even soft p*rn to it. Quite simple and very beautiful!

^Thank you so much for posting.
Very happy to see Barbara, I really wish she'd get more work. The main editorial is cool too, although typical Bellemere.

as much as i loved lui lately, now they turned the magazine into some local french **** like Grazia for men, soft blurry nudity with french local celebs on the cover... but all this mess started while George Cortina left the chair of fashion director and Samira Nasr became so actually quite a while ago, now the publication looks just indecent and even Frederic wont save it. I would love seeing new names featuring like Maxime ballesteros- he would totally suit magazine aesthetic or Jeff Burton. but they`ve chosen all this plein-air erotic stuff like bellemere does. and since he is working for every nudity oriented publication nowadays - lui just lost its identity among all those maxim, playboy, treats

It's sad to hear that Cortina has left...:(

:heart: I had to go dig up the "attack of the clones thread" because it reminded me of the Alexander Wang/Erin Wasson craze.

Bah, I kind of feel like the point of this magazine is just to do soft p*rn, otherwise what's the point it's just any other fashion magazine. This issue is a snooze.
