This magazine cropped up in the 'Up and coming Stylists' thread but I thought I it deserved it's own thread. Lula is edited by ex-Voguette stylist Leith Clark and the art editor is Daisy de Villeneuve (one of my favourite illustrators!)

Haunt Me by Nicky Peacock

All pics scanned or photographed by myself

If anyone wants me to scan anything for them, just ask! This magazine is now sold out because it came out in October...surprised that no one made a thread about it.

i am wondering if this is a one time thing...
who is publishing this?...
is there any money involved...
is there an office or a staff...

or is this another one of those 'projects' where everyone is just working for free...?

any info related to that ?

Softgrey....good questions!

There is next to no advertising in this magazine (just some Eley Kishimoto and Kenzo ads) so it seems like it's mostly self-funded. It's also self-published because it's just Lula Publishing Ltd.
All contributors seem to be part of Leith's circle of friends.
There's also no office address or any contact email or anything like that.
It could be a one time thing......

I hope not!

hmmm...sounds like someone has a rich dad or boyfriend...
always a plus in this business...

...

*just ask marc jacobs, anna wintour and carine roitfeld...
:innocent:...

Where on earth do you buy it from? Is this the type of thing you can only get in London? :(

I'm very impressed by the content, but sadly my local bookstores don't carry it (yet) :(

thanks for sharing, susie! i like the dreamy ethereal quality most of the photoshoots seem to have ...
let's hope that it's going to stay...
