Mine weren't particularly helpful either, although to be fair i think when i first enquired they genuinely were sold out everywhere and didn't know if there would be another drop. I eventually got a call saying they had one for me (though it did take several months, and i persistently harassed them), so i think the key is just to try everywhere and not take the first "no" as your final answer

hey boots, i just got the violet. the new grey is more subdued than the original grey. yes, post pix! you know, i always do.B)

C ^ At least the US'ers can tell you that they are due for a new shipment if not the date. Here they can't even tell you that or make that won't even tell you! I'm on a mission for the purple now....

the original 2 i got were an easy catch and that is when they had just discovered they were gonna be popular...
now its a different story it seems even though my SA always confronts me before they actually come out by telling me i should get them..
my name is down for both but there is a wait for the grey one. no wait list for the violet though... so lets see how long it takes.
this time i told them, if they cant get them in time (i need mine before fashion week) they shouldnt bother.

i have to say i really ove this scarf. I actually own a black one (the first version), the red one, the brown one and the new purple one. I was waiting for the scarf all summer long telling me "hope they gonna make a new one". And they did.

I don't really like the grey one part of the winter collection. and the camouflage one. Not really my taste.

Oh yes Leyla do! Its such a beautiful colourway. I got mine last week. the grey is lovely but safe, the violet is fabulous darling and it'll go so well with your new birkin!

really? even owning the red? im down for the grey too but thought i wear the ones i have so so much already that 4 in total would be ok?
is it really that much different from the red?

I would say get the purple even if you have the red. I have the original Blue/Grey and the new anthracite and to me although they are similarish in-tone, they are definitely different. Red is the only one I don't own. However, I find these scarves so wearable and timeless that I would be happy to have all the colourways. There's always the option of Ebaying the violet if once you have it you aren't so keen.

i am wearing the red one as we speak (at home) just because it keeps me warm and is so light weight

so i got the violet one.
it is totally different i colour but to be honest it looks as if i had washed my red one with black colours and it faded onto my scarf. its as if it had gone wrong?
but i love it already
