Wow I love their work! Have the book been published yet?

wow  their work - i'd been wondering who'd been done those balenciaga and ck campaigns! thanks for posting:flower:

They're fantastically inventive, though my visceral reaction to their style is that they make everything look "mouldy". It's hard to explain, but there's an organic feel to their design, with all those round edges - but it's a feeling of organic breakdown, of things coming apart, of filaments of mould snaking their way through the objects, of edges decaying and curling up.

So they're the people behind all of Inez and Vindoodh's really cool stuff. I always thought the photographers themselves did this.

^ Me too! Suddenly Inez and Vindoodh don't look so good anymore...

They are amazing.

i ADORE their work in the balenciaga ads

those might even be some of my favorite ads of all time...
and i can't even pinpoint exactly why..
i just think they're so great

maybe it's the mix of fashion and art/design that i love?...

also there is something eccentric about the ads
like anne-catherine's brown top which turns into a horse
sort of clever and amusing
it's really perfect
and then you notice it might go with the wolf on the other's sweater

sort of like unlikely/strange juxtapositions
the bird on the blond girl, resting on her shoulder
such a weird partnership.. which makes it all the more interesting
