Yeah, airbrushing, her nose looks a bit like J.Los nose, the hairline is quite high and she's probably wearing a wig IMHO...

Her first ads for Versace looked much better, ca. 10 years ago.

I had to say it in spanish... this lady has to retire already, she looks horrid on those ads, the clothes are blah, the bag is awful, and the whole thing just looks like pure exposure
