magazine clutches

my mom bought me a vintage magazine clutch, from like the 70s or 80s. it has a hard body and a leather strap. what can you tell me about them? who made them? etc.

I don't know who made them.. but I do know they've been around for a while... I'm guessing 60's early 70s
