I love the 4th and 5th looks not really sure about the rest though.
love all of these
I hoped Rosso would at least have had the sincerity to no longer present the 'artisanal' line, now that Martin is gone. Those last three looks are completely ridiculous.
well...some good things, but i'm not a fan...
It looks too whimsical, something not thought of thoroughly. And all the "what-passes-for-couture-dresses" in the post #2 border on horrendously ugly and fashion-forward
Right before I clicked on this thread I said to my self "I have never really been a fan of Maison Martin Margiela" and after seeing the first pictures...Im still not
It looks questionable to me .
it looks kind of like they were all, "man, if we can get lady gaga to wear something -- we'll totally save the brand!!!!"
it is ridiculous. to think that the former artisanal as it was called, was purely and unabashedly about craftsmanship and giving second life to items people might not ponder otherwise. it was thoughtful, poetic and innovative what was done. this however just looks like they're sticking things on a silhouette with no real purpose or substance except well to look silly.
Martin has left the building!!!
I agree with Scott, the personality of Martin is kind of missing.
Not feeling it.
Now that Martin is no longer, not only do you have a lack of cutting-edge design, you also have a lack of beauty in the collection...all I see are just plain and simple ugly clothes.
I can't possibly imagine this company carrying on for much longer.
Huh and that was haute couture...garbage!!!
i really like it lol. but then againd i thought the original artisnal line was FAR too gimmicky so i like this. it's more real, tangible.
Whaaaaaaaaaaat on earth is this? Maison Martin Margiela was Martin Margiela. Without him it's pointless
This is worthless.
