How discovered:
I did a model competition in Milan and was signed!

What was your first modeling job?
My first job was for Giorgio Armani in Milan.

Favorite things:
Cooking, eating and traveling

Favorite movie, tv show:
My favorite movie of all time is The Notebook (I’m quite romantic). My favorite shows are Peaky Blinders and of course Game of Thrones.

Favorite designer, fragrance or beauty product:
I’ve done the shows for Burberry, Celine (they are my favorite designers) and obviously Alexander McQueen and Gucci. My favorite fragrance is Paco Rabanne Olympea.

What were you doing before modeling?
I was about to finish my degree in real estate management.

What would you be doing if you weren’t modelling?
Well, I don’t want to sound too pretentious but I’m a very ambitious and independent lady. Having a very strong character I’ve known since I was very little that I’d struggle working for someone else. I need to be my own boss. So I spend my time investing in Africa in real state, because property means security and Africa is the future for me.

What’s something uncool that you love anyway?
I get strange looks when I’m stretching and exercising in public! I’m happy to not be cool!

Favorite modeling experience so far?
My favorite modeling experience was shooting a story for Vogue Paris recently with David Sims. I was so impressed by David, he has is own way to rock the show! Ha

What’s the best thing about your hometown/country?
One of the best thing about Senegal is the food, the sunshine, the quality of life and the warm people always smiling no matter what.

Which brand would you really love to model for?
Alexander McQueen, Gucci, and Prada.

Place you would love to visit:
I can’t wait to visit Japan and India.

Currently you’re obsessed with/about:
Climbing Kilimanjaro

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
Don’t take life for granted. Appreciate the breath God has let you breathe. Love and help each other.'
