Puspa or Puspaplain
Puspa or Puspaplain
what is the auction number/ the inside looks strange
I think his shoes are not supposed to be super trendy but more classic esp. the Mary Janes. You can wear those forever and they'll never be out of style. I also think that there are a couple of really unique styles that are not boring at all.
is the quality of MB really that great?
Why are they so cheap (speaking about resale value here too!) compared to other hot shoe brands![]()
Thats definately understandable. But i dont have a classic style, i like to look different, more original. So thus the reason why his style doesnt generally appeal to me. His quality is just about unbeatable, but his look isnt anything new for the most part. Like you said, classics.
I also am not a big fan of Blahnik. His deisgns are beautiful, yet nothing shocking for the most part. I own 2 pair(both gifts) but i love the shoes for their quality, not their look. I actually find shoes from lower priced designers like Steve madden, Nine west, and BeBe to have more of a unique a trendy look than Blahnik. I'd definately chose his shoes over others when it comes to formal events though.

where the heck do you think places like Steve Madden get their design inspirations....not from their own creative brains but they copy styles, designs and features from top brands...Balenciaga, louboutin Prada, Gucci, Manolo, etc......nothing of theirs is original
hot shoe brands....are hot bc celebs wear them and people want them bc they are popular and want to look like celebs.
all the other brands GIVE out their shoes to celebs. Manolo doesn't...he doesn't even give Sarah Jessica Parker shoes...
Manolo Blahnik is one of the only brands that 100% HANDmakes their shoes in Italy.
Christian Louboutins are not 100% made in Italy and not 100% handmade....alot of it is done in China....and by machine.
