The set was amazing - there were some kind of holograms in the background

His team has really been working that deconstruction angle for a while now, it's only beginning to feel right. As optimistic as it is derivative, screwed up, hopeful, cheeky. An embrace of insanity, hysteria, women 'confuddled' by the very makings of femininity. Autobiographical, maybe; divisive, certainly. A visual compendium to the warning: be careful what you wish more, you just might get it. P.S. His thighs: amazing. P.S.S. Isn't Ravel's Bolero, just slightly, about 'work'?

I'm feeling like children or childrens playtime could have been an inspiration. The set reminds me of like the kids section in Ikea - the blocks and the use of random numbers - also the cute animals as necklaces, the paper-plane in the hair, the eye-mask - all of it is really reminiscent of like a child's world, no?

i dont know. a lot of it feels "student-y" to me. maybe its the odd proportions on those printed dresses. overall too many mismatched references. i do love the venue, though.

The absurdity of the head pieces really does remind me of what a child would see women like or where their imagination takes them ;)

there's something else going on here, you got the CdG references, the Chanel stuff, the Vik and Rolf show theme, the Fendi bag with threads hanging from it, the McQueen volume in the hair, the McQueen holograms/screens and now even the McQueen fighter jet in the hair (also reminds me of the prada headbands from this season)...

There's also a 50's undertone imo. The women wearing candy-colored jackets and the hair is like a caricature of that perfect 50's homemaker mom
