I had never heard of her before today, but she is insanely beautiful! I just made my way through her thread and she has got some great taste for style as well. Love the classic italian "old-school" glamour that she does.
I have no idea on her acting abilities, but I am very interested to see what she filmed with Sophia Loren.
edit: and I don't mind the cheetah print dress. she actually makes it look good, which is surprising to me because I normally can't stand prints like this on dresses. can't wait for HQs

She's wonderful - she's a young woman with an 'old' face, the sort of beauty you thought could only exist on celluloid from decades ago, not to be found today. And while it makes every appearance more precious - why don't we see more of her?

I agree, she pulls off this dress remarkably well...not normally something I would like, and I can think of very few people who could make something so Cavalli-esque work so well...

At 21 she got engaged to a model and moved in with him, declaring that she will quit her job when she marries. And that her children will wear the clothes her grandmother embroidered for her dowry and that she keeps in her old house in Pachino.
Cinema has always been her great passion, and for this reason she attended several acting schools and speech training courses. In 2008, after four auditions and a whole summer spent waiting for the director to give her a final answer, she was cast as the leading actress in Giuseppe Tornatore's new film, Baarìa. The movie was the opening event at the 66th edition of Venice Film Festival, giving the actress great visibility. She graced the covers of Italian magazines Grazia, IoDonna, Cosmopolitan, Max, Gioia.
As the new muse of director Tornatore she is often compared to Monica Bellucci, but apparently does not appreciate the comparison, as she believes to be very different from the Malèna star.
In 2010 she played the role of Sophia Loren in the fiction 'La mia casa è piena di specchi', a TV series based on the autobiographical book written by Loren's sister, Maria Scicolone.
