The latest country to announce their 2018 Winners for Elite Model Look is Georgia! Before she goes to represent the competition at the World Final, we meet the girl winner Mari. HOW DOES IT FEEL TO BE A WINNER OF ELITE MODEL LOOK 2018?
I feel so happy to be a Winner of Elite Model Look Georgia 2018. I am very happy to be able to make my family and friends very proud of me. I tried to apply last year but I was only 13. Elite Model Look representative advised me to try next year and here I am!

DID YOU THINK YOU WOULD WIN WHEN YOU FIRST APPLIED?
I’ve never thought that I would win. But I worked hard the whole year to get ready for the final. I find modeling to be a great opportunity for me. I’d like to introduce myself to the rest of the world and also to bring something new from other countries to my homeland!

WHO IS YOUR FAVOURITE MODEL?
My favourite model is Naomi Campbell. I really admire her. Her iconic look and style is very motivating.

AT ELITE MODEL LOOK WE SAY: “YOUR DIFFERENCES MAKE OUR WORLD”. WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT?
I would say, what make me different is my desire to achieve. I’m a very hardworking person and I like to get most out of anything I do. The same is with modeling. From the moment I started I have this driving desire to get to the top.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE…

WHERE ARE YOU HAPPIEST?
I am happiest when I am with my family and my little brother. He is adorable.

IF YOU COULD GO ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD – WHERE WOULD YOU GO?
If I had to choose I would go to Australia. I’ve heard a lot about natural beauty and wildlife of this country which I would love to experience myself.

WHAT ARE YOU MOST PROUD OF ABOUT GEORGIA?
There are so many things to be proud of. Georgia is a small but very beautiful country. To name a few things, it’s got a fascinating history, preserved ancient alphabet and language, traditional songs and dances, delicious food and lots of different climate zones. I’m very proud to represent my country at the World Final!

HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT GOING TO THE ELITE MODEL LOOK WORLD FINAL?
It is a huge responsibility and a great honor at the same time. Will do my best to represent my country in the best possible way. I can’t wait to be there and meet all the contestants. Good luck to all of them!
