I actually use Serif Photo plus. It's a free program, and I like it. It's basic, but really helps with other graphics as well. =] I also have started to use Jasc Animation Shop, because it is easier, but I don't know which one I prefer.

Awe, thank you so much! I really loved it too. The fabric used in it was absolutely gorgeous, it did wonders for the models.
