Promo photos for The Asphalt Jungle (MGM 1950)

Vintage black and white, single weight, glossy 8" X 10" still. Her small but memorable performance in this film led to much larger roles in subsequent pictures, putting Marilyn Monroe well on the road to true Hollywood immortality. This lovely still has a small tear in the top border and some light handling wear, but is otherwise in pristine condition, a beautiful image of a beautiful young actress.

Vintage black and white, single weight, glossy 8" X 10" still. This stunning portrait is from one of Monroe's earliest films. She had only a small role in this John Huston classic, but it was enough to get her noticed and was the beginning of her immense popularity.
