Frustrating... every time again and again Well, I'm hoping that she'll at least show up at some shows during Sao Paulo fashionweek in January.

Marina in Sao Paulo? I don't think so. But I expect to see her in spanish shows at least.

^ Well, many of her fellow girls from Spain are going to be there - that's why I am hoping for her to show up aswell. But yeah, we never know...

How do you know that? What models? Is very unusual to see spanish girls in that fashion week.

and according to this blog about Madrid fashion last season....

Much of the excitement on the runways came courtesy of the top-tier models who skipped London, where few designers can afford to pay fees, in favor of Madrid. So unless Saou paulo pays really really well I don't think you'll see spanish models there. Also this spanish article Hola.com from last season talks about the models in cibeles madrid fashion week if you go through the list all the spanish top models were there even the male ones plus many International ones. Probably it will repeat again this season since it generated much buzz last season.

That's right. Madrid is insanely well-paid (considering the kind of fashion week it is), because is co-funded by the Government and some Spanish institutions. Models usually say that they prefer Madrid over London, because you don't have to move around the city to walk in a show, they's are all in the same place... the other reason they never tell is the money they get.

Well, Sao Paulo fashion week is from January 28th to February 2nd. Madrid is from 18th to February 23rd. I don't think models will must choose this time.
