I knew it wasnt Marisa. Her 'back' looks different, especially if you check the 3d pic with that last one, its slimmer and just a different shape. Also I dont think Marisa would have done such a pose...but thats just my thoughts...

Well..... she had a editorial in Vogue US in 2002 with KK. But that had nothing to do with Anna liking her. Mario Testino was the one who cast her. Marisa in case you haven't noticed in a commercial model. So you don't need to worry about Karl liking her or not.
