This is with Simone Rocha, Peter Pilotto & David Koma, the best thing in London.
It's less complicated and gimmicky than their previous collections. A lot more organic and more flattering.
This time, it feels like they were aware of the female form and didn't just experiment with the shapes and materials.

Let's talk about being really overrated.
I can see a lot of influences, for example I can see some Pugh and old Kane in this collection but still it's really bad and unappealing to me. I don't get their work at all, it's not fresh or interesting.

Can totally see the Pugh reference. That said, I like it.

There's only so much you can do when your selling point is denim, so i'm loving the way they're threatening new fabrics. The tarnished, romantic meets punk, 90's McQueen-ish vibe here is really great. I think they're beginning to take their voice to a higher level, this is a good direction to go.

This is one of the few collections coming out of the London shows where they did so much layering and experimentation with shape that actually came off looking really good. The garments are interesting and edgy but actually look like they can be worn in real life. Love it!

Their best collection yet! So many awesome looks and I really like the different techniques they've used.
