WHY: There are few times we can justify spending over $200 for a notebook. A collector’s item, however, is another story. It was only a matter of time before coveted Brit labels Smythson (Gwynnie’s favorite posh journal purveyor) and Matthew Williamson collaborated. The result: a hot pink patent leather “Premiere” notebook, which features a peacock motif inside and a silver slide clasp with signature Matthew Williamson engraving on the outside. But with only 116 produced (each individually numbered in gold lettering), you’d better act fast. Poetry on this paper can’t help but get published.
