I feel like Carine just did with MAXMARA what she did with Tom Ford: the same silhouette styled in different color ways.
So, it's quite repetitive, there are some great pieces but like Tom Ford, it's quite unfocused.
Fluo with oversized 80's silhouettes is very 2009 Lady Gaga.

Love Carine but I'm really tired of her. Every show she styles is stale and would be better with a fresh point of view.

Carine is really a fashion editor. She is made to produce looks for image purpose.

Her weak point is styling shows. She does not know to keep excitement yet variation for a collection

Love love love love love Max Mara but this isn't the most strongest of collections, and I'm more than willing to admit that. Yeah it's extremely luxurious, chic, elegant, sophisticated, beautifully crafted, well styled and all that... but for me nothing is beating last season and Fall 2017.
