BTW: convince me what makes Lara Stone an icon name?

Why should anyone convince you? What's the difference, it doesn't change the fact she is number 1 and probably will be a icon. and if you want to know why, just flip a couple pages back and she I believe thechosen1 response to a Korunikov that is trowing Lara vs Natasha a la 2008/2009 in a pointless game.

Maybe fame wise she is more than the other models, but how many more models that are on that list have been consistently working on top for many seasons now, and could hold on to campaigns, and dozens of magazine covers, Lara just burst on and got famous with that comedian, and that walk of hers?, don't get me started...

I find your comments very insulting towards Lara and Freja. It's fine you're the Natashafan but she didn't have as much work last season as Lara and/or Freja.

Those models just do their job, get lots of money, they probably respect each other and minding their own business instead who will be number 1.

No need to insult anyway, what you think doesn't change the fact Lara is number 1.

Karmen moved up to 11th

IMO Natasha should be moved out of the top 3 - her career slowed down, while both Freja and Anja are everywhere.

I don't follow Anna's career so I may be wrong but it seems like she only ever does A list work, She's been on the cover of almost every Vogue, and ads wise it's always stuff like Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, Versace etc. The lowest level campaign she's done is like Emporio Armani or Phi, and Phi was shot with Steven Meisel so....yeah beasically she's earned her spot.

The fact that she was featured so prominently in the Ralph Lauren ads that ran in the fashion mags may account for her jump.

thanks for reply... this smells something major for her this season...any hint?... tbh, I thought she was gonna be dropped down.... since january she only got numero tokyo march and vogue russia covers +vogue ed japan + ralph lauren (major) and emporio campaigns.... still doesn't enough to me. nonetheless, Eniko is working constantly... a lot the eds (purple, vogue china, muse, w, hb us, etc) + numero cover + Ysl perfume + hugo boss and kenzo campaigns and she has been dropped down..cmon... it doesn't make sense to me at all.

I check MDC . Eniko dropped to No.14
I think because Eniko has No Catwalk shows and only does ediotrials is not enough these days then compared to like Anna or Kasia and for sure MDC knows the girls have pending campaigns for fall and maybe Eniko has none

I Think Eniko will be removed soon along with Anna Jagodzinska, Catherine Mceil and Jamie Bochert

Why is Anna J, Iris, Arizona in the Top 10?

Anna J still has quite a few fragrance campaigns and campaigns with D squared and Cesare paciotti so it's not like she's disappeared. Arizona is an Am. Vogue regular, is a Meisel girl, and has a few choice campaigns. Not a fan of her but not surprised she's ranked high based on the quality of her work.
Iris, probably doesn't deserve to be so high despite her Givenchy campaign.

Still trying to figure out why Maryna is so low...
I mean she has been getting campaigns that are t least B+
since she blew up, 3 major Vogue covers recently, and is a returning face
of Dolce & Gabbana (3rd campaign for them) as well as future eds being released.
She may not have as many eds as Frida, but she doesnt deserve to be below her as well as Emily, Mirte, and Ginta. She's at least Top 25

And I'm not impressed by Emily Baker's debut, I would prefer Carola or Aymeline to replace her.
