Yes, it seems like she has the most campaigns this season as well! (Chanel Cosmetics, Cavalli, Jones NY, J+ for Uniqlo, H&M, GAP) not including the Brazilian campaigns she has. I don't think any one else has that many campaigns.

Edita's doing very well indeed, I'm just waiting for her to land that major cover. She already scored a few nice ones (Numéro, Vogue Germany, Vogue Russia), but I want to see her on VP

It takes quite a lot for someone to get bumped out of the top 10 (let alone top 5), and that's probably the way it should be. Many of those girls have been around for years now and can afford an off season without losing their status/position. It's not just about the most recent campaigns and covers.

McNeil, though... I mean, she just landed another Numéro cover, not everyone can do that after being MIA (sort of) for a while. But I agree with Thanatos that she doesn't have the career foundation to keep her in the top 10 unless she's getting work here and now. She basically had two extremely good seasons, now I'm not sure where her career is going.

According to Betty at MDC the rankings are based off of Contracts, Covers and Campaigns.... Lily only has the Joop Campaign to my knowledge.. Not sure how many covers she's done thus far.. And Betty did not mention anything regarding Runway Appearances.. so I just questioned Lily's Place due to what Betty stated as the Criteria for the Rankings on MDC.. I absolutely Adore Lily as well but wanted to know what other than the Joop Campaign would keep her at a higher ranking than lets say Freha who has Chanel, Gucci, Gap, J Brand, & Pollini.....Now if Editorials and Runway was another factor they use to detrmine then maybe I'd understand but Betty said Covers, Contracts, and Campaigns....

People are always talking about girls needing to be moved based on every season. If that were the case then the list would be changing non-stop. Just last season people were calling for Anja and Stam to be moved down...and whadya know Anja has too many campaigns to county and Stam snags Fendi (plus other great ones).

I think the people at MDC do a great job with the girls list. People should try to take into account the entire booking record when looking at the list, though (and convieniently mdc has new features that allow you to do this, for the recent past at least).

The only problems I might have with it are the huge weights given to Prada and Balenciaga campaigns. I wouldn't put someone like Anya K in front of Du Juan or Amanda Laine in front of Maryna, for example.

I also hope they don't jump the gun and replace Raquel's number 1 spot....

I'm also surprised that

1. MCB has been in the same spot for like years. I don't know if she should be moved to Icons or not but I just think its interesting.

2. Eniko made it to the 9th spot....what does this mean she's the September VI Cover Girl or something? Pretty explosive for a girl after just three seasons...

^haha sounds good to me...I rest my case then. I actually haven't looked at the list for a while so I'm glad to see Amanda is gone. It looks like the disappearing thing happens with the girls that have that single season blue chip campaign (like Prada or Balenciaga) and fail to follow up.
