Snejana did Gucci Cruise a while back and she is a constant favorite of many designers, I just don't get how they could completely cut her off the list.

Shouldn't Philip Huang be in the Top 50 Men? He's done the Tommy Hilfiger campaign, appeared in Vogue Germany & Vogue China, has done several editorials, does pretty well in Milan FW, I mean he's been doing pretty well since 06-07.

Outside the top 10 or so places, I suspect the agencies have a say in which of their girls go on this list. The agencies might overlook girls who they feel have reached their potential and/or don't or no longer need the push.
