Exactly. That's why I don't get how someone can get annoyed with this discussion. Basically I'm just saying I remember a time that it happened and was supported by Zen. I'm looking for it but the documents at archive.org stops at 2008-ish. It's not like our argument here would cause some changes in the rank, cause it won't People just need to chill

wow this is so dumb anyway , everyone knows the chart has never been 100% accurate after all :

the important thing to know is:

models. com is constantly kissing up to certain agencies, magazines, photogs, advertisers & even models. In fact that list is SO biased, you have to take it with a great deal of skepticism.
They are also slow to promote new new girls into top 10-20, often keeping girls in top 20 who were hot THREE years ago but are NOT now.

I agree somehow with lady grey, but don't think the actual list is that bad.. i love most of the new debuts, i think they're pretty fair... It's a fact that the first 10 places will always be the most difficult ones to determine.

^ ^ well I personally don't even care about the rankings, haven't in a long time.
what I'm saying is that there wasn't a time (before) that Natasha was higher than Sasha, not a big deal, I'm just OCD about getting things correctly.
As few members did on here already, I just went back into this thread into 08s and early 09's and no such thing was documented so case closed.

Gemma should be on the icons list ... Even if she's not a model anymore, at her time she was the most iconic face of the dolly-alien model generation... and don't forget she was #1 for a looooooong time in the Top 50 rank.

I´m still so happy of Ale´s debut at #34 (best moment in her career), miranda, moves up to 26 great!...Also, i wonder about Rosie, she must be very close to reaching the top 50 after scoring a Burberry and Loewe campaigns....and probably, she will be soon on the money list after her debut in transformers-movie..just stay tuned!B)
And of course, do not forget to Adriana (she is still awesome) , Doutzen and KK (why is she not on the icon list already?

I think it's fair. Ale has Moschino OG this season, Loewe, had covers for Vogue Brasil and Vogue Nippon among others.

But I do think if all the other VS girls are making the list, then Rosie probably should too.

I find the "tfs most viewed models" list much more exciting than this one. models.com is a great website, but their rankings are crap. I don't think I ever understood how that list came about, it was entirely random even ten years ago.
