I'm pretty sure Anja makes a lot more money than Freja. Poland's Next Topmodel, Quazi and her many fragrance deals payed pretty well I guess. And people say Freja has Karl, Anja had Chloé and is now repeating Fendi season after season. I'd still say that Freja makes more sense because she could get iconic status while I'm unusre about Anja, she seems to be the sweet beautiful girl next door but Freja is selling an image.

both freja and anja fell flat in my book. i like neither of them. i'd rather have sasha, coco, stam or even natasha bc to me these models are way better than freja and anja. but too bad these girls didnt peak at the right time.

i find freja is a very lucky girl bc of karl. she wouldn't be anywhere today without karl. jsut like the case of baptiste, karl gives him that number one spot.

how can girls/new girls look at her as insipiration? she doesnt inspire anything but sickness,boring n many more bad things. she has no personality at all!!!

Anja's peak is this year but Freja has the lasting power, Anja is not a favorite
of Steven Meisel and Mario Testino while Freja has both and has support of
Karl and many other designers, Anja only has Peter Dundas , even Riccardo Tisci isn't fond of Anja as she isn't casted in his shows thus Anja can Never be number 1 only Freja !!

I know it will take time to handle
Freja is the shoo in to Replace Lara, Freja is long overdue
in claiming Lara's position as New Number 1

Freja is the complete package, rocker look, androgynous,
unique personlaity, has huge appeal to both men and women
and has redifined what sexy means. Freja embodies the modern era

I don't think Anja's peak is this year,yes,she got 11 ADs in SS11 and 5 ADs in FW 11,but most of them are B-list or C-list,but freja,she got 10 ADs in SS 11 and 4 ADs in FW 11,which LV 、Chanel and Valentino are in the A-list .
What's more,until now anja didn't get VUK ,VUS,VP,VI's cover but freja got 3 covers including VI and 2 VUK.
but guys,maybe both freja and anja will not be No1 ,nobody kown what will happened in the next 6 months and what MDC want.

Lara needs to stay #1 for at least 6 more months. Although Freja is the only option for the next #1 IMO, I don't see the rush. I think maybe in two years, we will see girls like Joan Smalls, Karmen Pedaru, Abbey Lee, & Arizona Muse becoming contenders for the #1 spot.

What has Tisci to do with this is he the one behind the rankings? Ahh and I always thought it was that models.com Wayne guy but I was obviously wrong!

But it's not like he adores Freja either, both Anja and Freja have designers or in Freja's case rather Karl and casting directors backing them but if Tisci is choosing the next number one as it's confirmed now, Mariacarla will be the next number one.

1. everytime i look and see Miranda in the top 5, i want to freak out!!

2. lara needs to be moved into icons

I generally agree with the list, as well. Of course with the exception of a few stragglers. I hate it when people say ____ is way too high, she only has two campaigns, blah blah blah. Most models these days rise hard & fall hard.

Im not a hater, but im still waiting on Joan's cover to back up that 4th spot...it's just beyond me, a Gucci campaign with 20 other people can't get you there..it confirms even more that some of the agencies DO PAY to place their girls on the list...

umm why isn't Rosie in the top 50 yet?? Doing one movie doesn't make you an actress, she is still a model and she had a Burberry campaign this season as well.

Rosie? really? She's considered an actress now, Transformers is a huge hit. Even my brother who knows nothing about fashion knows about her now, that was why she was on the cover of British Vogue and Elle. And she has been getting Burberry now but that isn't as prestigious as others.

^ I understand, but then why even have her on the sexiest models list or the moneymakers if she is an "actress" now. Granted she hasn't done a lot of work or it might not be that prestigious but its good enough to be at least be included on the list.
