Yesss!! Love this thread. Love the speculation of who's attending and with which designer!

I really really hope to see Karolina Kurkova there this year. She always creates a truly memorable moment and she skipped last year, so I hope she makes it. Last time she went was in that IBM LED Marchesa dress, the "Watson dress" - it was pretty cool.

Otherwise, I'm looking forward to Rihanna for sure. She always gives us something to talk about.

The list of attendees needs a few more moviestars, though. It's a little sparse for BIG names, at the moment.

Vogue did a shoot leading up to the Met Gala with Ming Xi, Andreea Diaconu, Constance Jablonski, Elsa Hosk, and Dilone. So far only Ming is 100% confirmed to be going.

Seems like Prabal Gurung will be dressing Ming and Hikari. (rumored to also be dressing Priyanka Chopra, Eiza Gonzalez, and Deepika Padukone, not confirmed.)

I think it's pretty much confirmed by Gigi herself - she posted a story on her Instagram about Donatella saying "can't wait to see you for our big Monday" or something to that effect.

Also, I mean, they seem to really love each other. Gigi is definitely Donatella's muse right now and where she's a co-chair of the event and Gigi is attending - it would seem quite shocking to me, frankly, if Gigi wore any other designer.

Only exception to this would be if she collaborated on a design with Tommy Hilfiger (kind of like Karolina did in 2015), because they have such a strong working relationship.

Apparently most actresses dread going to the Met Gala because it's more networking than fun. Maybe that explains why there aren't so many actresses on the list.

It's been nine years since Kate Moss went to the Met Gala. I can't believe she's finally returning.

Michelle Williams is also going. She mentioned that she was looking forward to it in an interview.
