Miami Hotels and Shopping

I am helping to plan a Bachelorette party in Miami in early April. I am superbusy so have not even started looking for hotels. I want to go ahead and get something booked at a good rate. There will be 6 of us so we will be getting 2 rooms. I want something nice, close to shopping, restaurants, etc. As far as price, for a weekend, 2 nights-we are looking for $300 or less per night. Somewhere with a spa would be nice too.
Any recommendations?

I went to the Delano recently and it was absolutely amazing! That place really rocks at night!
