maybe they only published the ads with Stella Tennant, Mariacarla and Liya in magazines

Those are not ads... it's from a Givenchy catalog or media kit. It's the same set they always use for their lookbooks, and you can see near identical pics from SS06, FW05 on Galuzzi's site. I guess the reason it says Givenchy Boutiques is because it's how the collection will appear in stores (ie she's wearing modified boutique-ready pieces, not runway looks from the show).
