She’s one of the hottest ladies in Tinseltown, but that doesn’t mean Minka Kelly doesn’t deserve the utmost respect.

So when a crew member on the set of “Charlie’s Angels” slapped her on the rear end while holding out a $100 bill, the “Friday Night Lights” hottie wasn’t having it.

An insider told press, “It seems like it was meant to be a joke, but clearly it was inappropriate. Minka was shocked and absolutely irate. She was still fuming about it hours later.”

And when the man tried to apologize, Miss Kelly wanted nothing to do with him and he was subsequently fired. “The whole set was buzzing about the incident. It was quite a scandal. One day he was there, and the next he was gone.”

I heard a less sensationalized story where it says that that man had done it to other female workers too and he had it coming. Minka Kelly didn't want him fired, but I certainly would if I was her. I'll try to find the direct link later.

Taking care of some media duties, Minka Kelly was spotted at “The Late Show with David Letterman” last night (September 21).

The “Friday Night Lights” lady was at the Ed Sullivan Theater to promote her new television series “Charlie’s Angels” and she looked amazing.

Minka opted for a super sexy silver dress as she posed for pictures and signed autographs prior to her interview with Letterman.

And while chatting with Dave, Minka handled a question about her ex-boyfriend- Letterman joked, “I always wanted to date Derek Jeter,” to which Kelly replied, “He’s a great guy.”

Continuing her bustling publicity tour, Minka Kelly was spotted at ABC Television Studios in New York City this morning (September 22).

The beautiful brunette babe dropped by “Good Morning America” to chat with Robin Roberts about her new show “Charlie’s Angels.”

Speaking of the new gig, Minka was on the receiving end of some sexual harassment from a crew member who ended up getting fired for his misconduct.

The worker slapped Minka on the rear end while waving a $100 bill, and while he later apologized the bosses put the kibosh on his career. Kelly reported told him, "Please don't ever disrespect me or any other woman like that again.”
