Minneapolis Shopping

I don't have really anything to add other than I think Minneapolis people are so nice and polite! I forced my friends to take me to 'Pawn America' because I couldn't get over the name. ibimus, I've been to St. Cloud...

Do you guys have a MJ, Balenciaga, Givenchy, or Chanel store?

If not

What department store has the best bag selection for these designers?

I'm going there on US thanksgiving to buy a bag and some clothes and a coat etc. Also are there any good sales going on when im going?

Check out the Neiman Marcus downtown, they have one of the better designer collections. Also I was just at the Nordstroms at the Mall of America today, I noticed it has a Chanel in it, they also carry alot of other really great designers. They had some awesome stuff there!

Does anyone know if Nordstroms or Neiman Marcus would order something in for me if I called them up, even if its a brand they do not carry (like asking them to order in a Givenchy Nightingale..lol)?

I'm assuming the target downtown is the best stocked since it is right next to their headquarters.

As for a store ordering you something, maybe if they stock the brand otherwise I'm guessing they wouldn't. You might as well call the Givenchy nearest wherever you're from and ask them.

yeah i would go with the target downtown, from my experience they have the most pieces from the GO! International line.

I didn't know this.. but I guess they opened up a Burberry in MOA?

i actually just looked some up on the minneapolis shopping guide and found some good sounding ones

wondering though if "Lula" and "My sisters closet" which are super far away from where im staying worth a bus trip down to St. Paul?

I live close to Minneapolis and I just want to say don't come here to shop. Seriously. There are no designer stores unless you go to Nordstrom in the Mall of America... they have small selections of Proenza Schouler, Balenciaga, and Lanvin, but the selection is VERY small. I suggest going to Chicago(Ikram) for shopping if you NEED to go to the midwest.
