I bet you these people just do it for publicity, i mean how stupid can you possibly be to be drinking/doing drugs and driving when you are filthy rich and a chauffeur or cab will cost next to nothing.

I was wondering that too for long time. It's the same with Paris. I would NEVER EVER drive when I'm drunk or high and they can afford a chauffeur who stands next to her all the time.
That makes no sense. And I think they lost all their sense of reality because they get everything because they're famous. But that's not how it works.

I think we all saw it coming when she was caught smoking w**d while driving in Cannes (or somewhere else, it doesn't matter). She was a trainwreck in the making by then.

i just found out that a teacher from my old school got hit by a drunk driver on NYE. his wife and one of his twins passed away. he and the other twin are in critical condition.


she could have easily been the driver that hit that family. or anyone.

I really feel for her... it just takes one bad decision and it can really unhinge things. So many people in southern California get DUIs and most often they learn the hard way!

I like Mischa. But there is no excuse for DUI.

That mug shot makes me so sad. I used to watch The O.C. for the first two seasons, and I still liked her even though she has no talent at all. She looks so wasted there. For example Shia LaBeouf when he was arrested still looked good and not that drunk, while Mischa is so awful looking.

I agree at least nicole paris and even lindsay looked somewhat good in the mug shot Mischas just looked.. bad..drunk etc
