Missoni F/W 12.13 : Guinevere Van Seenus by Mark Borthwick

I'm not sure I like how the dress blends into the background, but this still definitely is miles better than every other campaign Missoni has put out in the last couple of years. Excited to see more. Thanks for the snap!

Beautiful and unexpected. Don't tell me Juergen Teller shot this.

Reminds me of the early 90's ad, it's kind of nice...doesn't exactly present the clothing very well.

Oh, it's very intriguing so far. I like the texture that you get from the background mixed with Guinevere's look, and I'm trusting those saturated colors are deliberate. It sort of gives you a nostalgic feeling.

Thanks for the snap! :)

Esthetically, this is beautiful! Missoni campaigns haven't been the most exciting in the past recent seasons, but this is definitely their best in a while.

Definitely liking the look of this, at least it's interesting.
Huge Guinevere fan, so happy for that, not sure it shows the clothes off to their best potential though. She looks almost camouflaged.

Missoni has finally produced a decent no no a GOOD campaign !!

ooohhh.... this has got potential... excited to see more

Not as heart-stopping as Missoni's F/W 09 campaign but still glad to see Missoni produce something potentially good again. I like how Missoni's given enough freedom for photographers to project Missoni according to their vision, even if the results are often bland, occasionally catastrophic (like the Juerguen Teller phase) and rarely outstanding, it's still good to see a brand that despite not creating a coherent sequence, at least continually explores their own image.

I have a feeling this will be good.. the moment they cast Guinevere, you know they have something interesting in mind.

Well this is pretty, better than the family campaigns or the one with the creepy old man hands

For some reason I'm really excited for this one already. Might be combo of Guinevere and a dreamy feeling the shot has to it, and I think something like this after last campaigns by Teller doesn't hurt either.

Oh yes mama likes! Finally a great campaign! Can't wait for more :D

Finally, it's not Angela and her family by Juergen again. Missoni used to have such interesting campaigns (e.g. fall 2008, fall 2009) and this seems like a much nicer direction to go in.
