Mod Black Eyeliner

I know black eyeliner is very dangerous, but I want to perfect a mod look. So many girls I know wear black eyeliner and look like whores- with it all over their eyes and in their eye balls. How can I wear it so it looks cool?

Also, can anyone recommend a good brand of black eyeliner? I want one that comes out boldly, not gunky, and can be versatile (For a smokey effect, mod effect, cleopatra effect...)

ehhh how do you create those effects??? I'm an eyeliner virgin! ahhhhh

i love heavy black lined eyes and dont be scared to try it out u dont have to look like a wh*re or a goth
