I don't understand why girls don't have representation in some markets. Like Alessandra Ambrosio who doesn't have an agency in Milan. She used to be with D'Management and then Elite Milano, and now isn't signed there. I would think she would naturally join Why Not since she's with Viva and DNA, but seems odd that DNA would prefer to handle all of her Milan bookings . . .

Milan doesn't have many bookings for a girl of her caliber. She probably says no to 90% of the options that come her way. Any job worth her while can go through a major market like New York or Paris. She probably prefers to have one or two points of contact instead of many agencies around the world.

Milan is mostly a direct booking show market - not much work in Milan itself, especially for a girl like Alessandra Ambrosio.

Hanne Gaby has left IMG Paris and NY it seems..no idea which agency/ies she is with now. Doesn't seem like she is with anyone in these cities? She is still on the IMG Milan, Sydney and London websites.

^ She might be in the process of switching agencies, or they might be updating her portfolio/stats/digitals or maybe she's concentrating on one city and they took her down from the places she won't be for a while! Can't think of any other reasons.
