Didn't Kyle really develop Anok and make her what she is? Models follow their bookers wherever they go. Their loyalty is to their booker, not the agency. Just look at Elite NYC, a whole bevy of models from Women left that agency after their bookers moved over to Elite. When Kyle left IMG I think a number of girls also departed IMG and followed him to Next. Why did they fire Kyle, btw?

Idk I kind of feel like CAA is a bit of a... scam? Like, they promise the world to these models (fame, fortune, stardom) and then when they can't deliver, the models end up leaving. We've seen it happen a decent amount of times within the past couple of years lol. It's also common knowledge within the industry that CAA promises things they know they can't deliver on.

Can you speak more to this? What kinds of things are they promising that they know they can't deliver on?

I know supposedly their rate is cheaper than other agencies. Other than that I thought their big allure was that they represented across the fashion industry (photographers, designers, etc) and can therefore cross-pollinate and give their models these opportunities. But honestly, I haven't seen any of their big models do anything because of them. Adriana and Alessandra haven't done anything noteworthy in years. The only people getting jobs are their actors.
