I can see how switching to another agency and starting to get work could be a bad thing..

I find it funny all the model-sheep are flocking to IMG. Recently, quite a few models have switched.

Hana Jiricova- Women
Meghan Collison- Next
Miles McMillan- DNA
Corey Baptiste- VNY
Jason Morgan- Soul Artist

One of the five I sorta think I know why the switch, but it seems that everyone else was doing ok (at least) at their original agencies. And Meghan had been at Next FOREVER!!!!!

IMG is definitely in poaching mode. Their pipeline of new girls recently has not been so great and they've fallen behind Society in finding new talent, so I guess poaching talents from other agencies (see Lexi Boling also) is its way of making up for it.

Snejana has been open about how her former agency didn't want to let her go and that they were putting her career on hold in order to make someone else a star. She also said she wanted to leave Women but couldn't even though she had a lawyer.

Roos Abels now at Fusion in NYC. Unclear to me she was ever officially with Ford NY, which it appears is in a really bad place. When your top girl groomed by your Paris agency chooses a second tier agency in NY over you, then you are in trouble. It's not like Ford Paris has been developing a slew of stars and one girl decided to go to a non-affiliated agency. This is your top star in development from your sister agency that you should have done everything you could to get her to sign with you.

I also agree that Ford is down but they have great girls to build on it seems like (Elizabeth Davison, Tyg, Zuzu,Mia Greenwald, Kayla Scott, Luisana Gonzalez....). I guess time will tell what their team produces and we'll see what kind of fashion week they have.

I'd almost guarantee that if/when those girls that you mentioned book bigger shows/campaigns/editorials/covers then they'll move to different agencies. Poor Ford.
