Neither did I. Apparently this is the first time they've worked together.

I like this quite a bit. What I've seen of men's Moncler has always seemed far less interesting design-wise than the women's collections. This is a good blend of both line's established aesthetics. I reminds me of the Browne collection on the ice rink. There's also an appeal beyond the ski slopes- especially in some of the insulated blazers. It's a refreshing take on the formal/sportswear blend.

Does anyone know the price points or stockists? I'm notorious for shying away from coats that are legitimately "warm", but I'd be interesting in giving something from this collection a look.

I really love this, but Thom did the exact same thing with the ice skating collection. It was best collection, easily, but that's not a good enough excuse to send the collection down a second runway...for a different brand at that.

And Moncler has had a women's ready to wear line, Gamme Rouge, but I'm not sure how long it's been there. Alessandra Facchinetti and Giambattista Valli have designed for it in the past.

    ok ........
which could explain why Moncler is getting some attention those past years .......

the Moncler doudoune is very trendy for - let's say - 2 or 3 winter seasons in France .....

    i like the doudoune-cape and the blazer-doudoune ....
but most of this is to wear at a mountain top .......

and shame on the 1st model who's doing the chasse-neige ..... they could at least hire someone who knows skiing ....
