22 AVENUE CHESTERFIELD in Westmount

Anyways. The James Perse store on Sherbrooke pretty cool  There was something else I was going to say but I forgot :/

Hello girls

Hope you don't mind me asking here, I thought this would be the thread to catch Montreal experts.

Thing is, I had quite a party last week and completely ruined my black suede leather skirt. I have had suede professionally cleaned before, and I'm hopeful my skirt will recover, but I cannot seem to find a dry cleaner who specializes in leather/suede. Does any of you know of one? Preferably in the Plateau or downtown areas...

Would mean so much to me if you'd take time to reply, since I just read that liquid stains on suede can... function with the suede in some way that will ruin it forever. Oh the horror...

THANK you for reading, hope you can recommend a place

Another Forever 21 opening now. Where Gap use to be on St Catherine

Mountain and University streets are more than a block apart. And the first ones in Les Ailes, not Eaton.

I might have found one reason why we might not see a Topshop in Montreal or Quebec any time soon. I did some looking around. If I read correctly Limite owns the name here. Seeing I think back in the 90s thats what the company was called Top Shop or something.

There's a clothes store called Topshop in Place Montreal Trust. So, Limite owns that?

There might be a possibility Top Shop coming to Montreal. Seeing I was at Place Montreal Trust and there use to be a store called Top Shop that sold inexpensive garments and its closed.

No actually Zara downtown is closing for a while and they brought the top shop boutique to expand the men and kids dept. they are also revamping the woman dept. that's why they closed!!!!

damn  :P

Wishful thinking though. I just hope the Top Shop that was there doesn't reopen and gives us some hope for an actual Top Shop / Top Man to open in the city :D

but isn't Zara and that top shop boutique is kind of far away?

Actually the men's dept is connected to that top shop store, that why the brought it. It looks far away because of the staircase, but its not!!

ettebe:Sorry for bursting your bulle!!! I think it gonna take years before topshop come here in canada! Due to the fact that we don't have a free trade agreement with the UK!

It would be a disaster for me if Top man is here though, I'm gonna be broooke all the time!

Zara needed to expand or open a new store somewhere else in downtown, so overcrowded
