I'm guessing no one's mentioned it since it's new, but- A Series of Unfourtunate Events! While I must admit that I still haven't yet seen the film, the photographs of the outfits are certainly enough of a draw. I especially like Violet's dress. Very Gothic Lolita and Victorian as well.
