China Glaze - Calypso Blue (my personal favorite)
Nars - Midnight Express
Rescue Beauty Lounge - Dead Calm
Color Club - Naughtycal Navy
Lippmann Collection - Devil in a Blue Dress
Maybelline - Indigo Blues
Wow! Thanks so much, Traversant. I will definitely be able to find at least one of those where I am. I should hang around this thread more often, you all seem very helpful and knowledgeable!
China Glaze calypso blue is a bit hard to find.
If you can get your hands on some OPI , dark blue no shimmer i recommend
oPi dating a royal
yogata get this blue
russian navy
check the all lacquered up blog, she has links to head to toe and 8 to 8 which sell opi, china glaze, etc and ship world wide, at very good prices.
^ Yogata Get This Blue and Russian Navy have shimmer though.
And Calypso Blue came out in a collection just released a few months ago, so it's brand new and definitely still in production and not hard to find. They sell it at 8ty8beauty.com and many other retailers.
@The_Ida
thank you for the additional pictures!
I think you can see the models on the runway wearing the *or the russie* shade, but I am not sure, it's hard to tell...
(the description says it's Sally Hansen *Mulberry*, but I couldn't find much info about this np & I don't want to buy something without reading reviews beforehand)
Oh, and bad news: I think the Moscow collection IS U.S. only!
i've just applies OPI's Play 'Til Midnight and it is STUNNING, a gorgeous sort of deep grey-blue with and almost purple tone, and the shine is red and gold. gorgeous for the holidays.
I also have Baby It's Coal Outside from their Holiday in Toyland collection which i am going to try out soon as well!
^^ do you mean the Russian collection? because that is available in Aust as well, and i saw it in Europe. Unless the Moscow collection is new, but i haven't heard of it.
can anyone recommend a nice, medium steel-y grey, something appropriate for everyday?
i have ysl's tuxedo grey, and it's too dark (it looks almost charcoal)...
a friend recommended sally hansen's gunmetal, but it's a more of a blue-grey...
I'm also looking for a sheer nude non-metallic nail polish. Any suggestions? I already have Chanel Ballerina, but I'm almost out and I can't afford Chanel atm... How is Essie? I'm considering Ballet slippers or something similar.
