● What is your favourite shop? Oak on Bond Street in Manhattan and in Williamsburg. They have a great mix of both well-known and small independent designers.
● What was your best bargain buy? A cream chiffon shirt with billowing sleeves and gathered cuffs by Prada for $10 from a market in Brooklyn.
● What is the most expensive fashion item you have ever bought? A long white woollen coat with brown and pink checks and brown toggle buttons for €500 from BT2. I can’t remember the label. ● Who do you think are the best and worst dressed celebrities or style icons? The best is Chloe Sevigny and the worst is Kim Kardashian.
● What is your favourite label or designer? Marc Jacobs.
● Approximately how much would you spend on clothes every month? About €400.
● What or who influences your style? My mood, magazines like i-D, my job and whatever music I’m listening to on any given day from Pink Floyd to Bob Dylan.
● What was the last fashion item you bought? A burgundy chiffon blouse with ruffle trim by Peter O’Brien in the Awear sale.
● What was your worst fashion mistake? Dressing up like J-Lo from the Play video when I was 12. I had plaited buns on each side of my head, a blue leather biker jacket and tinted blue sunglasses.
● Name one thing you love and one thing you hate in fashion. I love good quality, vintage lace and I hate metallic shoes
