new boots for F/W 06-07

Lately I've been obsessed with searching for a pair of fairly affordable boots. Right now the classic Campus Frye boots are pretty high on my list since they could weather the rain and aren't ridiculously trendy. Any suggestions? Let it be noted I'm a poor college student so I can't spend too much
