What does an Yearbook mean? (I don't read NME, but I read some stuff on the internet, and if that is enough to judge, I think this magazine is pretty bad)

Just stories/headlines that made the music news in the past year. NME was so much better when it was a newspaper.

Yes my friend in the UK says it's out. UK always gets their mags/papers before USA. I need to move over there.
