Clarification .... Here is what the editorial staff is wanting, for this award:

You are voting for a moment that you thought was outrageous ... not the entire show. It can be positive or negative ... just needs to be "outrageous" ... as in attention getting, really unusual, shocking and something that might be remembered for a long time as a high or low point in the show.

Perhaps a fall, a grand finale, a particular garment, someone acting out during the show ... it can be anything that cught your attention.
