I do miss my brown. its wonderful but I really want a black one...and I needed cash at the time. I forgot why...but I will find another.

I wish the snake wasn't 2300! I have bought too many 2k bags this season...just need a little fun bag. i love that the medium is like 1195 isn't it? something like that...very reasonable.

my SA in NY said next season they are doing more exotics, etc

well the snake in the USA is like 2300 or something...so maybe less there.

they will probably do a version in the fall. all this talk makes me want to get the one they have left in NYC. no guccigal no.

I would love that for me...as a travel bag! I have 2 buffalo leather washed prada travel bags I LOVE...see handbag collections to see them. I love travel bags!

pucci -- Personally I dont really like the novak very much, it's just not my style, but I looove the python trim. Seriosly, if I wanted a novak, I'd be drooling over the snake!

GG, I never thought the Novak was my style, but last weekend I saw this utterly chic French girl at a boutique carrying a mini Novak, and it just looked so fresh compared to all the slouchyness of previous bags we've seen.

I went on the website and saw the python.. and fell in love..

But why is it not your style, GG? Is it a bit boring you find?

..I wonder how the bag is to carry all day.. I don't think I like the fact that it's only a hand held bag.

brian, they are getting the men's novak. she said there are alot of reserves for it...I emailed her back for more info.

the snake one is the only one that entices me. the flatness of the bag makes alot more sense with the exotic skin. i thought about getting the red one before, but it was weirdly stuck between dressy and casual for me. so flat it looked not too casual, but not enough going on to make it dressy? anyway, $2300 is very reasonable for snake trim.

I remember when the bag just came out one day I loved the bag, the next day I hated it. I think I've figured out it's a nice bag, but not for me. I dont find it too boring at all, I think the muse has less going on and I love the muse. I think the shape is a bit too 'dainty' for me for a day bag and I really dont like the square hardware on the front. Love the python on it though, adds a really nice touch to it.

It's hard to put my finger on it, but I think this may be what I find odd about the bag.

did the stam get its chain from this shoe, or the other way around?

every fall bag has a big gold chain running across the body. i like it on the stam, but it's kind of stupid on, say, dolce & gabbana.
