After years of searching for the perfect nude gloss, I finally found it today! A co-worker of mine and I went to Kohl's during lunch to check out the new Vera Wang line Simply Vera. While I was waiting for her to meet back up with me, I wandered to the Flirt cosmetics section. I am addicted to the show The Fashionista Diaries, so I thought, "Let me check out Tina and Janjay's company." Well, I just happened to find the best nude gloss for me (I am dark blonde with fair skin). It is Flirt! Plushious Liquid Velvet Lipcolor in Nude Kiss (08). It is only $10. Love it!

^^I thought the same thing when I went to Kohls! I was like...So this is flirt! They have some great colors in the line and the prices arent too bad either. I am still searching for my perfect nude, but I am currently using Bare Escentuals gloss called "Bare Radiance".

cosmogrl - I, too, am a dark blonde - with some red (thanks to my mother) - so maybe a strawberry blonde with fair skin. I should take your suggestion. They're building a Kohl's here, but maybe I'll look online. I'm still going to the cheap route with Vaseline and liquid face stuff.

has anyone tried NARS Promiscuous? it's a lipstick from the fall '07 collection and is supposed to give a good nude type lip for paler people. NARS makes my favorite nude gloss (Chelsea Girls) and red lipstick (Flaming Dust), so it's a brand I usually trust.

Definitely see if you can order it online or through the Flirt website maybe. I loooove Vaseline too.

Rimmel Birthday Suit is beautiful... thanks Couture_Tribe for the recommendation! for those who haven't seen it, it's a rosey nude and veryvery wearable. the color is not too different from the NARS Velvet Matte Pencil in Bettina, but the texture is more creamy and feels better on. i've worn it to work for the past couple of days... it just has such a nice natural tone, with a very slight gold shimmer. it doesn't make me worry that i look chalky or that it'll go drifting out of my lip line!

Philosophy The Supernatural Lipgloss in Soft Peach. This is the most perfect nude gloss I have ever used. It really makes my lips look flawless and the color is so nude that it would work on any skin tone.

hi i need help finding a good nude lip.

i want it matte and does not flake after an hour of wear.

do i wear lipstick to get the matte look b/c ive only used concealer to get the nude look.

drugstore ones any good? im looking at revlon superlustrous.

^ i've heard that MAC's lipstick in 'Fleshpot' is a great intense nude, it almost erases your lips. if you've been using concealer, perhaps that's the sort of thing you're looking for? the downside is that Fleshpot is a Pro product and you'd have to order it (macpro.com). i'll be ordering it soon for sure.
